The use of mesh in mattresses
Extruded BOP netting is widely used in mattresses for reinforcement and separation. Diamond-shaped extrusion meshes are used for back support. These meshes offer the following advantages:

- Maximum quality and high efficiency in mattress production
- Reinforcement
BOP netting and extruded netting provide strong support for the reinforcement of various materials in the mattress: non-wovens, foams and needle felts. Because of their tensile strength, bidimensional stability and low stretch, these nettings are highly recommended in mattress production.
Separation
BOP netting separates the springs from other padding layers of the mattress, preventing them from getting between the springs. All our netting provides excellent sag protection and insulation of the various layers.
