Other mesh and netting

There are also some meshes/nets that cannot be classified in the categories listed under the heading of Meshes, such as the ones on this page including:
  • 3D fabrics: spacer fabric, ventilating/suspension material in chairs and filters. Thickness ranges from 2 to 15 mm, width up to 350 cm.
  • Mesh foil: hybrid of mesh and foil in PP or HDPE, strong and lightweight, thickness about 0.1 mm. Easy to cut, recyclable, alternative to foil.
  • PVC-coated fiberglass mesh: approx. 1.2 mm mesh opening, a.k.a. screen mesh.
  • Special weave structures: in PP, PA or PET, e.g. for filter belts or in filter presses.
  • Endless bands: handwoven, closure not required.
