Features polyester (PET) mesh
Polyester (PET) mesh has good chemical resistance (see the tables under Downloads) and is highly heat-resistant. Polyester mesh is also known for its excellent biological resistance: it can withstand various light and weather conditions. It has good resistance to acids but is sensitive to alkalis (see Properties of synthetic fibers).
Features polyamide (nylon) mesh
Polyamide (nylon) mesh offers excellent elongation characteristics, is particularly abrasion resistant and has good resistance to various chemicals, especially alkaline solutions (see tables on the Downloads page). In the nylon mesh table you will find all the technical characteristics of our extensive range of woven mesh.
Mesh in stock and customization
Top Zeven has an ample supply of woven mesh in stock. In addition to supplying mesh by the meter or roll, Top Zeven can also offer you a custom solution using die-cutting, stretching, cutting and laminating facilities (see Operations page). As a rule, Top Zeven stocks mesh with mesh openings (in microns:) 18, 25, 29, 32, 38, 45, 55, 70, 90, 120, 150, 185, 220, 325, 425, 515, 700, 1000, 1200, 2000.
