The size of the mesh openings is derived from the number of threads and wire thickness and determines the filter capacity. Post-treatment of the mesh by thermofixation ensures stability and uniformity.  <\/p><h2>Assorted woven mesh<\/h2><p>In addition to <a href=\"\/gazen-2\/kunststof-gaas-polyester\/\">polyester<\/a> and <a href=\"\/gazen-2\/kunststof-gaas-nylon-polyamide-gaas\/\">polyamide meshes<\/a>, Top Zeven also supplies a limited range of HDPE<a href=\"\/gazen-2\/kunststof-gaas-polyethyleen-gaas\/\">(high density polyethylene<\/a>) and <a href=\"\/gazen-2\/kunststof-gaas-polypropyleen-gaas\/\">PP (polypropylene) woven meshes<\/a>.<\/p><p>Top Zeven&#8217;s mesh scores very well in terms of elongation and can be offered at very competitive prices from stock.<\/p><h2><strong>Knuckle bound co-extruded polyester mesh<\/strong><\/h2><p>Top Zeven&#8217;s specialty is its <a href=\"http:\/\/topzeven.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/polyester-co-extruded-mesh-petco-2016.pdf\">&#8220;knuckle bound co-extruded&#8221; polyester meshes<\/a>. These meshes are fixed at the intersections of the threads. This makes it possible to weave very flat <a href=\"\/gazen-2\/kunststof-gaas-polyester\/\">polyester meshes<\/a> with an extremely high open area (&gt;60%) that are still stable.
