Packaging / Containment

Mesh and net are used for packaging and containment when products or goods need to stay in contact with exterior elements like water or air or when materials must be prevented from spreading. Well known mesh/netting packaging examples are orange nets (extruded net), Christmas tree nets (knitted mesh),or pyramid tea bags (woven mesh). Mesh and/or net for this purpose typically offers a high open area to maximize contact with the exterior environment.

Meshes with a large open area are our extruded BOP (bi-oriented polypropylene) meshes, our woven co-extruded meshes, and our specially designed polyester and polyamide tea-meshes.
