Product range

Our product range roughly consists of three types of mesh and netting: woven mesh, extruded mesh and knitted mesh. We also have other types of mesh such as spiral mesh, filter mesh and 3D mesh. Finally, Top Zeven also offers different types of ready-to-use filters such as the popular and flexible drum filter panels. In addition to these products, we also offer several in-house services that allow us to meet all your needs.

Woven mesh

Our monofilament polyester meshes and nylon (polyamide) meshes are woven on premium Sulzer looms. The range varies from 10 to 150 threads/cm with mesh openings between 1000 and 15 microns. Woven mesh is mainly used in (wet) filtration and screen printing. For more information see Woven mesh.

Extruded mesh or extrusion mesh

Extrusion of mesh is the process of spraying liquid plastic from openings in round spinning heads, causing threads to form, which then fall over each other, fuse and form a tubular mesh. The mesh is stretched, cooled in water, then the tube is cut open and stabilized. Extrusion is a versatile process that allows the production of mesh in various thicknesses and with different mesh openings (ranging from 1 to 50 mm).

Knitted mesh

By means of (round or flat) knitting creates a highly flexible net/mesh with open structure. Top Zeven offers knitted nets for support and reinforcement and as a filling medium in wrapping sleeves.
