Nylon (polyamide) mesh

A calibrated nylon mesh (polyamide mesh) with precise mesh openings is woven from monofilament threads. The size of the mesh openings, derived from the number of threads and wire thickness, determines the filtering capacity of the nylon mesh.

Our nylon mesh offers excellent elongation characteristics and can be offered at very competitive prices from stock. Nylon mesh is extremely abrasion resistant and has good resistance to various chemicals and high temperatures (see tables on the Downloads page). In the mesh table for nylon mesh you will find all the technical characteristics of our extensive range of woven mesh.

In addition to many applications in industry, woven nylon mesh is used in many places in the everyday environment. Examples include woven tea bags, dust filters in the clothes dryer and filters in your kettle. For the production of these types of filters, Top Zeven supplies custom mesh such as cold stamped, laser cut or heat cut filter meshes.
